1980-1981
- Jack Sacchette took his street bug and cconverted it to a full
time race car & traveled
the country bracket racing
the car and winning purses to help pay for the car.
1982-1983
- Jack toured the NHRA curcuit with Chris Klingaman & Eric
Ballard.
1984
- Jack built a Fiat 600 that was VW powereed, did the bracket racing
circuit
and won purses that helped
pay for that car.
1984-1985
- Small Car Specialties stepped up & ssponored the Jack Sacchette
racing effort.
1986-1987
- Jack built a VW powered Fiat X19 and conntinued bracket racing.
1988
- Marked the building of the Lummis built Pro Stock VW that would
dominate Pro Stock for years.
1989
- Finished No. 1 Pro Stock
1990
- Finished No. 1 Pro Stock
1992
- Finished No. 1 Pro Stock. Was undeafted the entire Season, never
lost a round and qualified No. 1 at all
events! For the seasons of
the Small Car Specialties sponsor payment was based on performance
and
these performances have not
been repeated that paid the way for R&D & the opening
of JayCee Enterprises.
1992
- The Car was sold and the building of a SSuper Street car began.
1993
- Curtis & Greenwood Super Street car debut in mid season
and finished No. 2 while
setting the Super Street ET
record with a 10.40 @127 MPH.
1994
- The car was sold and a new Pro Stock carr was ordered from JCL.
1995
- The Super Street Terminator makes it debbut half way into the
season finishing No. 2
1996
- JCL delivers the brand new Curtis Pro Sttock / Vintage Speed
sponsored Pro Stock car half
way into the season for a
5th place finish and then sold.
1997
- Pro Stock finishes No. 1 in the AutoCrafft owned & sponsored
car
1998
- Pro Stock finishes No. 1 & the AutoCCraft bug is sold
1999
- Crew Chief for the Shin Mukai racing Supper Street car.
2000 - Jack
will Crew Chief the Shin Mukai Super Street car and concentrate
on racing R&D, the JayCee
Enterprises business , the
wife and 5 kids.
