48 IDA CONVERSION

In 1993 while running the SUPER STREET class of PRA, we found during testing & in competition that
the stock 48 mm IDA Weber couldn't meet the demands that we put on it. With the increase of valves,
cams and engine displacements, the stock bodied 48 IDA had run its course, and we were running out
of fuel on the top end. We take the stock bodied 48 mm IDA Weber and machine the float bowls to
increase fuel capacity, bore the 48mm opening to 51.5 mm, install 51.5 mm butterflys add the
JayCee spun aluminum velocity stacks and your ready to go.
This conversion is the only answer when your too fast for the stock IDA and you not ready to
make the jump to the TERMINATORS. However, when the time and you feel the need to move
up to the TERMINATORS we will take your 48 or 51.5 mm IDA Weber in trade.

All machine work is done in house and then hand assembled and inspected assuring you the finest

workmanship and quality standards and we stand behind all our work 100%.
